Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor participant. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Liability Waiver, all of which are incorporated by reference.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Membership & Accounts

To book courts or access member pricing, you must create an account on our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• You may not share your account credentials with others
• Membership benefits are non-transferable
• Pulse Padel Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• Founding Member status is subject to the specific terms communicated at time of enrollment

Court Bookings

All court reservations are subject to availability. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following:

• Courts must be booked in advance through our website or app
• A minimum of 4 players per court is required to confirm a reservation
• Pulse Padel Club reserves the right to reassign courts if necessary
• Court time begins and ends at the scheduled time — late arrivals do not receive extra time
• Players must vacate the court promptly at the end of their booked session

Cancellation Policy

In the event of rain or weather conditions, call the front desk before your reservation to confirm court availability. The club will determine at its sole discretion whether conditions are playable or constitute a rainout.

To cancel a reservation, log into your account at pulsepadel.us or through the Pulse Padel Club app before the 12-hour deadline.

Payments & Billing

By using our services, you authorize Pulse Padel Club to charge your payment method on file for all court bookings, memberships, bar and café purchases, pro-shop items, equipment rentals, and any other charges incurred at the facility.

• A $50 service fee will be charged for any declined payment
• It is your responsibility to keep your payment method current and valid
• All prices are in USD and subject to applicable Texas sales tax
• Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis per your membership agreement

Equipment Rental

Padel rackets and other equipment are available for rent at the front desk. By renting equipment, you agree to:

• Handle all equipment with reasonable care during play
• Pay a $50 replacement fee per racket in the event of damage while in your possession
• Return all rented equipment in the condition it was received

Club Rules & Conduct

All members and guests are expected to maintain a respectful and sportsmanlike environment. The following rules apply at all times on Pulse Padel Club premises:

• Appropriate athletic footwear is required on all courts (no black-soled shoes)
• Players must follow all posted court rules and staff instructions
• Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward staff or other members is grounds for immediate removal and account termination without refund
• No outside food or beverages on the courts
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the facility
• Alcohol purchased at the bar may only be consumed in designated areas
• Participants under the influence of alcohol or substances are prohibited from playing
• Guests must be accompanied by a member and must sign the liability waiver before accessing courts

Bar & Lounge

Pulse Padel Club operates a licensed bar and lounge area on its premises. Alcohol service is available to guests 21 years of age and older with valid government-issued ID. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service at any time.

Pulse Padel Club is not liable for any injury, damage, or incident arising from the consumption of alcohol on its premises. Participants assume full responsibility for their own conduct and safety while using the bar and lounge area.

Liability Waiver

All participants — members and guests — must sign the Pulse Padel Club Liability Waiver before accessing courts or participating in any club activity. The waiver covers assumption of risk, release of liability, indemnification, and emergency medical authorization.

Minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. A signed waiver is required on first visit and applies to all future visits unless revoked in writing.

Photography & Media

By participating in activities at Pulse Padel Club, you grant us permission to photograph or video record you on our premises for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, notify a staff member at check-in.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Pulse Padel Club website — including logos, images, copy, and design — is the property of Pulse Padel Club LLC and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Pulse Padel Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our facilities or services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pulse Padel Club in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Pulse Padel Club services shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us first before initiating any legal proceedings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
